How to Book a Peak Park Holiday

Most of our properties are available to book online ​through our website, if the property is not available to book online or your requested dates are booked please contact us as we may be able to offer an alternative property or dates.

Booking Information

To confirm a booking, a 25% deposit is due and the balance is due 12 weeks before arrival. A fully refundable security deposit is charged (at the balance due stage) on all group bookings and returned after your stay. We can receive multiple enquiries for the same property/dates. To ensure all potential guests have a fair chance of booking, we are not able to offer you a hold on the dates you request, but we do our very best to assist you with prompt communication throughout the booking process.

Booking within 12 weeks of arrival

If you are booking a property within 12 weeks of arrival, the full balance is due at the booking stage. This also includes the refundable security deposit (which is returned after your stay)

Once your balance is paid in full we will send you a confirmation of payment email and further details about your holiday. Your check-in details will then be sent to the lead guest's email address the week you are due to arrive.
